Laos-Australia Connectivity Partnership

This fact sheet provides an overview of the Laos-Australia Connectivity Partnership (LACP) which was signed on 7 July 2022.  LACP is supporting the Government of Lao PDR’s infrastructure priorities to increase trade, employment, and inclusive economic growth. Implemented by Partnerships for Infrastructure with the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, LACP seeks to improve transport connectivity to support Laos’ aim to transition from a land-locked to land-linked country.
